Sruut Cendol Flour

Content netto : 100 g.
Ingredients : Sago flour, tapioca flour, mung beans flour, pandanus flavour,
colouring brilliant blue CI 42090, and tartrazine CI 19140.
Method of Preparation :
1. Pour 1 packet of sruut cendol powder into a pan.
2. add 500 ml of water.
Mix it well.
4. Set the pan to medium heat.
Stir the mixture slowly until it becomes thick and boils.
6. Keep stirring until the color is heather. Prepare a bowl with cold water in it.
7. Pour Dawaet pasta into a Cendol mold.
8. Press gently until drops come through.
9. Collect the drops in the bowl of water.
10. Let the dawet drops cool for a few minutes in the cold water.
11. Sruut dawet is ready to serve.
12. Add palm sugar, coconut milk and jackfruit for topping
